Section 86
Departmental Sentencing Officer
(1) In accordance with clause (b) of section 81, the following officer shall have the authority to order special punishment to the employee:-
(a) Committee to employees working in Gazetted First Class and above posts,
(b) Secretary General to gazetted second and third class employees,
(c) Secretariat Secretary to gazetted employees.
(2) The designated officer shall have the right to order punishment as per clause (a) of section 81.
